I love ROMY and X-Men Evo. It's a shame there isn't more of this pairing in Evo.
The fingers on her right hand look a little funny.

they ought to do a series just about Rogue and Remy...AND FOR GODS SAKE ONE OF THESE DAYS! they had better get their accents right!

How hard is it to find a 20 year old in new orleans who speaks cajun french? how hard is it! ~rages around for a while then sits down~ if only to please the ROMY fan horde...

Lol I watched this show when it first came out and it was my first introduction to X-men, lol Now I'm watching it all over again, I love the style. And I love also how you captured the look of them.

used to watch the show too. now that i watch it again after all these years, lol i don't know why i thought the actual show was any good. -shakes head- the idea of it all was okay just the actual show was so kiddie and the scripts were so bad. not that i'm going to get into this.. lol sorry. anyway, i like this one of your works, not as fan-tabulous as the others but hey, its still pretty good. :D

This is a bloody fantastic piece of R/R fanart.
There's a distinct lack of Evoverse art of these guys together (or perhaps I'm just looking in the wrong places) - there's comic stuff up the gamut, which is fine and dandy, but DAMMIT I love these two in Evolution. Couldn't tell you why for the life of me, but there it is.

So all in all, yummy.

And now I have to go watch the episodes in which the two of them are actually in scenes together. Well, either that, or go get a fanfiction fix. I hope you're happy. *grins*

yeah that show was cool at first but just ended up being a big disappoinment in the rogue/gambit department. It swas okay otherwise...

i love the hair and the gestures they are very human. guys always do the hand-at-the-small-of-your-back thing. I wonder why that is?

I totaly agree 100% with the show being a let down. They psyced me up in like two episodes and then did nothing. It's also true for the movies. I'm dying for Remy and Rogue, but they won't satisfy me there.

I personaly like the small-of-the-back thing myself (major back problems). I think they do that because it's the one place (besides patting you on the head) that a girl won't slap them for touching. ;)

I think the reason no ones touched the remy/rogue thing is because they thing that the cant do justice to it. if they even screw it up a little they would have people all over them for it. still... its upsetting... and they had that great episode where they all went down to New Orleans. but alas. it was not to be.

they cant get the accent right anyway.

i think you may be right about the touching thing. us girls can be... well... touchy about things like that.

Lovely colours. I especially like the way you do the hair, without any outlining. I think Remy's anatomy is a little off, but Rogue's is fine. There's an underlying tension in this piece which speaks volumes. Very nicely done. :)

Yeah, I did this one SO long ago. Rogue is probably better because I tend to draw women way too much. They're just so much easier, since I am one, and I have a natural reference. Thanks for the compliment!

No prob. :) Yeah, I always find women easier to draw too... and more interesting. ;) I didn't start properly drawing guys until my mid-teens or so. Weird, huh?

I think the thing with the hand is some kind of mental accident I have. Note my Man in a Kilt. Hee hee heee

Fer me...the thing with the hand is state of mind. Which is called 'permanentosiselgutteris' or in laymans terms 'gutter minded' :giggle:
